§ 05b · MOBILE APP

Away from the control room,
the whole building is still in view.

For iOS and Android, included in the system licence at no extra charge.

Live overviewUnacknowledged alarms, devices with communication faults and running equipment on the first screen. When the connection drops, the app shows when the data stopped instead of passing stale values off as live.
Alarm handlingAlarms are graded critical, major or minor and say where and which device. Acknowledge from the phone; who, when and from which phone are all recorded.
Equipment controlControllable equipment is listed by system. The state only updates after the device reports back, and setpoints outside the safe range are rejected.
Second confirmation for critical equipmentFire pumps, sewage pumps and fire dampers need a slide to confirm, then Face ID, fingerprint or the phone passcode to prove it is you.
Floor plansThe same graphic screens already built for the control room. Pinch to zoom, drag to pan, tap a device for details and control.

The app interface is in Traditional Chinese. The iOS and Android versions are in store review; download links will appear here once approved.

§ 05c · SAFEGUARDS

A phone can operate equipment, so the safeguards sit on the server.

Server-enforced

The safeguards do not live in the app

Permissions, setpoint ranges and the confirmation for critical equipment are checked again by the server on every request. The app is one more way in, not a way around the checks.

Audit

Every operation is recorded

Who, when, from which phone, on which device — written to the same audit log as the desktop interface, including operations that were refused.

Lost phone

Sign out just that one phone

One sign-in lasts 30 days, then Face ID, fingerprint or the phone passcode unlocks the app. If a phone is lost, its owner or an administrator can revoke that phone alone.

Data

It talks only to your building

The app connects straight to the site server. Nothing passes through our servers and we collect no usage data. Accounts are issued by the building’s management.

§ 09 · START THE ASSESSMENT

Three questions will tell you
whether this fits.

  1. CHK-01Which subsystems does this building have, and who installed each one?
  2. CHK-02Can you still find the point list for the Modbus devices?
  3. CHK-03Do you need to watch status, or to actually control?
  4. We prefer to ask the questions before quoting. A price given before the point count is settled is a price that will change.
