§ 04 · LIVE SCREENS

Screens from systems actually running,
not mock-ups.

SCR-01Air-conditioning unit controlone card per indoor unit: power, setpoint, mode, fan speed and louver are operated right on the screen, next to the filter state and fault code. Units can be set in a batch or switched all on or all off.
SCR-02 · Metered circuitsone card per power, lighting, socket and HVAC circuit, filterable by floor. Each circuit states which distribution board and which meter address it comes from.
SCR-03 · Interlock ruleswhen a condition holds, the action runs: a carbon-monoxide alarm starts the supply and exhaust fans, manual mode drives the dampers. Safety interlocks are flagged, and every rule shows its trigger and action in full.
§ 05 · SUBSYSTEM GRAPHICS

The background is your own building: a photo, a floor plan or a schematic — or a plain list when there is no drawing.

HVACPhoto
Point markers overlaid directly on the chiller room photo, with live equipment status and values on the right: supply temperature, flow, load and system COP.
PowerPhoto
Switchgear room: transformers, main ACB, utility meter, total consumption and live demand — all pinned onto a photo of the actual room.
Access ControlFloor Plan
Lobby floor plan: card readers, door contacts, CCTV and lifts laid out in their real positions, so the duty officer knows which door is which.
WaterSchematic
Waste-water schematic: sump levels for sewage, waste and storm water, six pump run states and discharge flow on a single diagram.
LiftsShaft Section
Both cars drawn on a section of the shaft: current floor, operating mode and direction at a glance.
VentilationEquipment List
Works without a background image too: the exhaust, supply and jet fans and dampers on a floor are grouped by equipment, with run, start and fault signals side by side.
